The loans were definitely provided by Great Southern Finance, without any other involvement. If what you are saying is correct, then BAB should have known they were buying Adelaide Bank's problem when they acquired Adelaide Bank. The "transfer" of the loans to BAB occured in April/May which confirms my previous statement.
