" We are writing to inform you about changes to the above investment loan(s) (your investment loan) as was made to you by either Great Southern Finance Pty Ltd or ABL Nominees Pty Ltd (your original Lender) and recent developments affecting Great Southern.
As of 30 April 2009 the management of your investment loan was transferred to Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited.
In addition, on 3 June 2009 all of the rights of your original Lender under the loan agreement were transferred to Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited. This means that all money owed under the loan agreement relating to your investment loan is now payable to Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited. This transfer was in relation to your investment loan only." ....
