What management would of sold to the owners is the opportunity for growth and to really expand the business rapidly into China with distribution already secured and in place. Having no distribution in place is worth a lot! Why wouldn't you jump at the opportunity. I expect to see more deals like this being secured. This is a great opportunity for many businesses to access the Chinese market with lowered risk.
