There are 130,242,190 shares being offered in the Placement.
The Entitlement offer is on a one for each share held basis. According to the ASX, Beston has 868,281,268 shares on issue. Thus a maximum of 868,281,268 shares can be issued through the Entitlement.
Add the two lots together and you have a total of 998,523,458 shares capable of being issue.
At 2.5c each, that would raise $24,963,086.
Then there is a 6% commission to the agents, totalling $1,497,785 to deduct from the total
