Cyclical stock which should be bought now. I’ve noticed time and again how these agricultural
stocks get oversold in droughts and then come back strongly once the weather returns to normal, as it inevitably will. The business is performing as well as it can at present. Yes, there are some structural consequences resulting from
the drought (mainly some farmers leaving the industry permanently) but this stock is a buying opportunity at present.
