When Bega paid 100's of millions of dollars for Kraft peanut paste, they weren't paying for the recipe as to how to make peanut butter, they bought the rights to the goodwill in the product which is essentially the branding and get up. Now Kraft is arguing that all Bega got was the recipe, some plant and equipment! What a joke.
