BHP are offering a scrip deal with Anglo, terms not yet known. My guess is that BHP wants the copper assets with divesting of unwanted parts of the business. It’s a big deal, just wondering why there bulking up on these commodities when potash was the main strategy? They must have done there numbers and be assured that they get good ROE from Anglo. Wait and see how this pans out
