May 22 (Reuters) - Public Investment Corp, the second-biggest stakeholder in Anglo American AAL.L , said on Wednesday that BHP Group's offer (BHP) should reflect the embedded value of the target company's existing assets and future benefits it could derive from the unlisted parts of the business.
"This would require a meaningful revision of the current BHP proposal that should take into consideration the material risks that current shareholders of both Anglo and its subsidiaries would have to assume over an extended time frame," said Abel Sithole, CEO of PIC, which is also a shareholder in BHP.
