The last project awarded seems to be from BHP to Powins back in Oct 2014. With a Powins minority shareholder taking legal action to wind up the company I wonder the following: how likely is it Powins executed this project before the provisional liquidator was appointed? If they did not complete project over that short time will BHP pull the order and award it to another player?
