i did have a few terrible experinaces with union but never posted on any forum about it.
need all to get together and find a way out.
i not figure that that a lack of holding a phd or having one is any use to this story. you can have a phd and still be a scum bag or lazy person who does not deserve his worth.
i feel its not a related to your education. its what u give for your wages. it cuts both ways u have people who scam and people who work hard. but as they work on the same tug boat in this case u cant discriminate. that is why they have work place bargaining. those that are better at the job get a bit more. or production bonus. that sorts out thing some times. hard subject to get a clear right or wrong view. lets hope they get it sorted or people will be laid off. not nice.
