if i was a IO cartel .. i would CLOSE all IO ports until the IO price Suited ME! and NOT let the CUSTOMERS rule our Fortunes ..
as a IO Cartel that pays Massive Taxs and Employs a lot of People..they should Exercise their Power over everyone and force the Customers to PAY up for OUR goods.
so a Staged Tug Boat strike every Year should be a consistent Tactic to remind the Chinese .. WHO really own the I ORE .. US not them ...and its US the Cartel that set the Prices, that we don't Throw our Industry into Ruin every time the Chinese build up a lousy 100m Port Pile .. against a 2b ton pa export industry and put it into disarray by manipulating port piles and IO prices forcing our great coy to be absorbed by the Chinese Machine and crystallizing LOSSES in our Superfund's and Retirement strategies..
