while everyone over here appears focussed on the one thing, it may be in your best interests if bhp just forget about Anglo for the time being and put this to bed as the Brazil govt are becoming pretty p$&$/ with the lack of progress. The fact bhp want Minas rio as well without resolving first this is exasperating the issues. Now there is a short term deadline to meet. That provision bhp set a couple of months ago looks likely to blow out if this isn’t your focus.
