You are joking right, I think mining here in Australia is becoming more and more difficult with the greenies and labour/lefties getting their way. Some of the African countries have been safge enough and definitely quicker and cheaper to get a mine into production and with mining friendly governments. I agree that some are dangerous but there are definitely better options appearing as Australia take the (punish the mining companies road).
