Nov 3 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Wednesday:

** Britain's Land Securities LAND.L has announced its second acquisition in the mixed-use property sector in a week, betting on growing demand for sites that combine commercial and residential spaces in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

** RR Donnelley & Sons Co RRD.N agreed to be acquired by private investment firm Atlas Holdings in a deal valued at about $2.1 billion, sending shares of the printing company soaring 40% in premarket trading.

** Shipping group CMA CGM has agreed to acquire the Fenix Marine Services (FMS) container terminal at the port of Los Angeles in a deal worth around $2 billion that will extend its presence in a crucial hub for transpacific trade.

** Brazilian retailers Americanas SA AMER3.SA , formerly known as B2W Digital, and Lojas Americanas SA LAME4.SA said that its billionaire controlling shareholders will be diluted in its merger and will hold a 29.2% stake in the combined company Americanas.

** EU antitrust regulators will decide by Dec. 7 whether to clear U.S. medical device company Thermo Fisher Scientific's TMO.N $21 billion bid for contract research firm PPD Inc PPD.O , a European Commission filing showed.

** Spain's Grupo Cobra and SENER companies are seeking to exit their stake in the 100-megawatt (MW) Ilanga solar power plant, which supplies electricity to South Africa's national grid, two sources with knowledge of the process told Reuters.

** Alcoholic beverages group Roust, which owns Russian Standard Vodka, has agreed to sell its Polish subsidiary, CEDC, to food company Maspex in a deal that values the business at 3.89 billion zlotys ($980.79 million), it said.

** Private equity firm Hellman & Friedman said that it had secured only a 30.46% stake in German online pet supplies retailer Zooplus as of Tuesday evening, heightening the prospect of the 3.7-billion-euro ($4.29 billion) takeover deal falling through.

** British mutual insurer LV= proposed 111 million pounds ($151.3 million) in one-off member payments, with every eligible member receiving 100 pounds, if takeover plans by private equity firm Bain Capital go ahead.

** French construction and telecoms group Bouygues BOUY.PA said it had made a binding offer to acquire Equans, the services unit of French power group Engie ENGIE.PA estimated to be worth 5-6 billion euros ($5.79-$6.95 billion).

** London-based private-equity firm Vitruvian Partners LLP sold about 11 million shares in British cybersecurity firm Darktrace DARK.L for 580 pence each, raising gross proceeds of about 63.8 million pounds ($87 million), bookrunner Berenberg said.

** Italy's Banca Ifis IF.MI said that it had bought 2.8 billion euros ($3.24 billion) of unsecured loans from U.S. financial investor Cerberus, its biggest-ever acquisition of non-performing loans (NPLs).

** BHP Group Ltd (BHP) has started talks with Australian billionaire Andrew Forrest's Wyloo Metals regarding the takeover of Noront Resources Ltd NOT.V as both the companies try to acquire the Canadian nickel producer.

** EDP Renewables (EDPR) EDPR.LS has bought a majority stake in Southeast Asian renewables firm Sunseap Group, in a deal that values the company at S$1.1 billion ($816 million) and helps accelerate EDPR's growth in Asia.
