This is an interesting feed line of info.
Reading between the lines here I smell larger corps driving this for as greater profitable benefit, almost cartel like mooting. BHP would benefit in the Billions should this ever get off the ground, the Greenies would gobble this up and relax the ideology of protesting against anything and everything when they have a single enemy to keep banging drums about... EG: Indonesia, Africa, China and so on and so forth.
This is actually quite clever, manipulative....but very clever....
