• BHP GROUP: BHP Group (BHP) will transfer a smaller-than-expected $3.9 billion in oil and gas decommissioning liabilities to Woodside (WPL) when it merges its petroleum business with the independent Australian gas producer.
• SHELL: Royal Dutch Shell Plc RDSa.L on Monday said its Geismar chemical facility in Louisiana is restarting, two weeks after Hurricane Ida forced it shut.
• WINTER COVID-19 PLAN: Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Tuesday will unveil how Britain will roll out COVID-19 booster shots for the most vulnerable and elderly as part of his coronavirus strategy for the winter months.
• UK FIRMS: British firms must do more to take advantage of new export routes opened up by Brexit, trade minister Liz Truss will say on Tuesday, calling for a shift from "defence to offence in trade" to help drive economic growth.
