What is ur definitions of majority of shareholders?
Is it it individual shareholders or their holding being counted as vote?
If u take into consideration BHP Group about 500 thousand or 95% of holders have less than 5000 shares…they’re simply ignored by the board simply to stay in the establishment.
BHP Group Plc Top 20 has approx. 56% holdings but there isn’t mention of the number of actual shareholders in the remaining 44%
The boards greed to control their upward trending rewards with poll voting has backfired and now they have become puppets to the climate change groupies!
My comments doesn’t mean that I don’t believe in climate change but simply in the transition as rate of change to renewable energy
