I suspect the structural cost meant internal staff redundant and legal costs.
I imagine if the client exits the contract, the client will pay a termination fee, so would the counterpart I suppose. 20 contracts, even every contract costs 100k to exit, that's $2m, I would guess the once-off cost would be north of $3m, plus another quarter of heavy loss, by the time CEO is in, the bank balance would be at around $5m.
Thor perhaps was the only buyer last week, and in the end, couldn't defend the share price with their money and reputation.
