Well put, and completely agree.
There are costs to obtain all of the business gained ( a substantial amount/increase) during this half (including all of the deferred revenue), it doesn't come in at no cost. Costs can't be deferred.
Compare the expenses between the 2 halves, and then consider why expenses may have been higher for certain line items for the second half. ask yourself why that is.
