Unreal up 2,178 % this year so this time next year if we do the same the SP will be....I just fell off my chair.
As for shorting I agree as I use IG Index (CFD'S) and they don't allow leveraged trades so shorting is impossible. I was really disappointed as I wanted to buy the CFD's on the normal deposit of just 20%.
IG have 200,000 clients including large Insto's .
The alternative way is for an Insto' to borrow stock for a few days/weeks from another Insto' but I can't see why any Insto is willing to lend out BIG for just 2 % interest.
