Question: if, in basic terms, they are just looking for a 90million dollar loan is it possible for shareholders to lend them the money like crowd funding. No additional shares no additional options just everyone who want to contribute puts in and gets a flat 5 to 10 percent return for a 2 to 5 year loan. It seems straight foward but I am unsure weather it is even legally an option. All the buzz at the moment is gold and how juniors are getting a lot of the investment which is odd why we can't get the cash so why not go in house?
