So yep it’s doable but it would be a lot cheaper and easier (much less hassle / paperwork) to tap institutional investors rather than retail.

Cheers for the info, it would be nice have it resolved this month, whichever way they go I'm looking forward to the day the get the green light and full steam ahead.
