    • CONFIRMS FINAL AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH SNAPS HOLDING CO
    • AGREED TO RESOLVE, FUND CERTAIN PAYABLES & OTHER CLAIMS, MAKE FURTHER WORKING CAPITAL CONTRIBUTIONS UP TO $4 MILLION
    • SNAPS WILL INVEST UP TO A$4.8 MILLION IN CO, AND WILL ACQUIRE 746.6 MILLION SHARES OF COMMON STOCK
