Bisan (ASX:BSN) has appointed Avrohom (Avi) Kimelman as chairman in place of Patrick Volpe, who will continue as a director of the company.
Last month the company said that it is reviewing its current portfolio of investments including its major asset, its 16% interest in P-Fuel Limited that owns a waste plastic to diesel technology.
The company is also reviewing other business opportunities in the waste water management industry, medical biotechnology and the SMSF market.
