Bisan Limited (ASX:BSN) is reviewing its current portfolio of investments including its major asset, its 16% interest in P-Fuel Limited that owns a waste plastic to diesel technology.
The company is also reviewing other business opportunities in the waste water management industry, medical biotechnology and the SMSF market.
At this stage, it has not made any investment decisions or entered into any agreements in relation to any of them and is not in a position to make any further announcements about them.
Bisan is looking to recapitalise the company before it is in a position to advance any of its current investments or participate in any new investment ventures.
