I read Mr Blackmore was happy to see it go to a genuine real company who will manage it and their people well, rather than PE firm keen on messing with it all, sacking folks, and flogging for an inflated number in a few years or so. He's had an unhappy run with prior board members, and he might be a bit antivax as he was saddened when plenty of good but non vaxed staff were shown the door mid covid. These old family businesses are usually much more about relationships and staff care than others. I think it touched $220 a share back a couple of years when diagous? and China couldn't get enough.
