    • Proposed acquisition of Singapore based Agarwood Company
    • Entered into a non-binding term sheet to acquire 100 pct (acquisition) of Zenith Agro Group Pte Ltd
    • Consideration for acquisition will be fulfilled by issue of new BKM shares
