Question for those more knowledgeable.
John suggested POSCO will contribute a further US$40m (A$60m) and take their holding from 10% to 20%.
How will that work? Surely POSCO won’t pay $A60m for an extra 10% of a company with a $A75m market cap? Will it be a mix of equity and debt? Just trying to figure out how it might be done and likely dilution.
