Great, BKT have signed up to pay another company US$37 million. It might be a good idea if they actually secured some finance themselves before promising to give it away to someone else. As usual, the market was waiting for this big news about finance. But instead, they drop a fluff piece that impresses very few. I'm surprised they haven't released some happy snaps of hand shaking and smiling faces from Taifa and other Tazanian government officials.
