PROMOTORA DE INFORMACIONES PRS.MC Spain's Prisa said on Monday it has entered into a lock-up agreement to restructure its syndicated debt with a representative group of its main financial creditors.

The media firm also announced it has signed an agreement with Sanoma Corporation SAA1V.HE to sell pre K-12 and K-12 Santillana business in Spain for 465 million euros ($544.47 million).

SOLTEC SOL.MC Spanish solar-equipment manufacturer, Soltec, said on Saturday the non-binding proposals for subscription of shares received from qualified investors until Friday were sufficient to cover volume of offer within indicative and non-binding price band.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC Spanish telecom giant Telefonica TEF.MC is readying an alliance with the private equity arm of German insurer Allianz ALVG.DE to finance a 5 billion euro infrastructure investment in Germany, Spanish newspaper Expansion said on Monday, citing unidentified financial sources.

ACS ACS.MC ACS's unit CIMIC Group (CIM) said on Monday it will sell half of its mining services business to activist hedge fund Elliott Management, valuing the unit Thiess at A$4.3 billion ($3.04 billion).

BERKELEY ENERGIA (BKY) Australian uranium explorer Berkeley Energia said on Sunday it will be included in Ibex Small Cap Index as of October 19.

INDITEX ITX.MC Bernstein raised to "outperform" from "market perform" and raised its target price to 31 euros from 29 euros. [nFWN2HA055

ZARDOYA OTIS ZOT.MC Kepler Cheuvreux upgraded Spanish elevator equipment manufacturer Zardoya Otis to "hold" from "reduce" and raised its target price to 5.50 euros from 5.30 euros.

APPLUS APPS.MC Citigroup raised its target price to 11.5 euros from 9 euros.

IAG ICAG.L Barclays cut its target price for Iberia's owner, IAG, to 120p from 188p.
