News: Black Fire Minerals to reveal acquisition

    Black Fire Minerals (ASX:BFE) is preparing to divulge details of an acquisition.

    The ASX has granted the company a trading halt, with its shares placed in pre-open.

    Earlier in the month BFE announced that it was selling its Pilot Mountain Tungsten Project located in Nevada, U.S.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 25th June 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
