Only that the are venturing into a multi billion dollar market with a huge 80mill uploads of their Apps worldwide already and have millions of current users worldwide...
Post consolidation it's looking at 25mill shares issued but this may change...not a huge amount given the upside.
A screaming BUY for me....the market is efficient so obviously more people disagree with you than agree with you Ironjack, up 30% this morning already...
