I have noticed that Chinese investors are grabbing ASX penny dreadfuls and backdoor listing Chinese assets into them. In this way useful sums of money can be legitimized through the ASX system. There is nothing really wrong with this as wise Chinese look to diversify assets via ASX and create a bolt hole if things go awry in PRC. BFE will no doubt benefit from this deal judging by the people and assets that appear to be coming across.
