Volume has slowed to a trickle, now one really wants to sell or buy...
BLR is just in this position right now...
But countless small exploration stocks are similar..and they have built bases and may move up on virtually no volume...
Some news could re-ignite them
It wouldnt take much to send BLR to 5-6c on some good news...
There are many traders out there waiting for the next opportunity to have a go...just look at what happened in SIR & MAT yesterday... these opportunities will come in this second half and I believe that BLR is putting all the pieces of the puzzle together...an interesting move could be on the cusp in the coming months.......

I have also followed NRU and HLX which have been dissapointing over the past 12 months but are making some changes to their operations will may yield big value changes in the next 12 months...
