    Blackgold International Holdings (ASX:BGG) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open.

    Blackgold requested the halt pending details regarding the proposed sale of its assets to Matex International (SGX-ST).

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 2nd April 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
