Yeah, the US would love China and Russia to start fighting...they'll do anything they can to help that along.
That would leave the US as the only superpower and able to do what it likes without worry.
The fact that they are so deep in bed with Japan has put them VERY off-side with China, so they can't call on any help from them against Russia.
The US just want to destabilise, destabilise, destabilise.
