I tend to agree with you. No dividend announced (first time in 30 years) and the price goes up.. allowing for a bit of capital destruction overseas and a bit of power shuffle at the top and its still on the up and up. I thought about buying under $3 but didn't, then around the low $3 after the Stokes's bought in but didn't, then again on Thursday but didn't.... lol
Monday will be my first buy into Boral in years, ill just have to get some more cash to get a better position.
They look pretty good for the next couple of years.
