The proposal by seven group to shareholders is insulting.

First of all it is below the current SP.

We all know the organic growth in SP over the next 12 months with the buy back and normal business activities will see great results for shareholders.

They merely want to buy our shares off market not because of their constitutional limitations but to avoid pushing the price higher with on market purchase which also means they will pay lss per share.

Anyone who has spent 5 minutes researching BLD will know that this offer is ridiculous and one would be throwing money away accepting this offer. If anything we should buy more shares because even at this price we will see growth.
