    Well done to the board for rejecting this offer, it really needs to consist of way more cash and less bloated script.
    If it was allowed to go through at this price and the overvalued SVW share price was to correct somewhat then BLD shareholders would be greatly disadvantaged, given BLD has great future prospects.
