The simple answer is its a boys club. The chairman and MD have even started up a company together advising other compamies if memory serves correctly. Too much back slapping and not enough independance on the board im afraid. As long as Giles can keep the gravy train rolling along with Capital Raisings when needed (he has been somewhat profficient at this) to keep everyone employed then no one will upset the apple cart. Shareholders mean nothing. Its just a science experiment that has expanded into a business management experiment.LOL IMHO
