PARIS, Oct 5 (Reuters) - French officials discussed with visiting U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken ways to restore U.S.-French relations after a row over a submarine contract that prompted Paris to briefly recall its ambassador from Washington, the French presidential administration said in a statement on Tuesday.
