    • RECEIVED LETTER NOTIFYING THAT FOR LAST 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS BID PRICE OF CO'S ADSS CLOSED BELOW MINIMUM US$1 PER SHARE REQUIREMENT
    • ACCORDING TO NASDAQ'S LETTER, CO WILL BE AFFORDED A GRACE PERIOD OF 180 CALENDAR DAYS IN WHICH TO REGAIN COMPLIANCE
    • NOTIFICATION HAS NO EFFECT ON ASX LISTING AND NO IMMEDIATE EFFECT ON ITS LISTING ON NASDAQ OR TRADING OF ITS ADSS OR WARRANTS
