    July 24 (Reuters) - Boart Longyear Ltd (BLY) :

    • Entered into two new ABL credit facilities as part of previously announced recapitalisation proposal
    • ABL facilities comprise a revolving credit facility and a term loan credit facility
    • Lenders will provide company with debt up to a maximum of US$75 million without obtaining shareholder approval
