Does anyone know the fraction of BNO shares remaining outside the ADR arrangement? I.e. those that are held directly with share certificates?
Note that it is possible to trade unlisted stocks in public companies (like Bionomics Ltd.) settlement is by arrangement and the share transfer is undertaken by the share registry using the standard form and share certificates. It is the old way of trading before the advent of CHESS. It is only for shares not the ADRs.
