I don't think the company has made that announcement yet. At the moment, they are talking about a 'placement' involving institutional and sophisticated investors (from North America and Europe). A further announcement about an entitlement offer (applying to retail investors) is yet to be made.

I've only just started studying this company, and don't quite understand why they do not appear to have sought support from Australian institutional and sophisticated investors. I'm also having difficulty researching the details and outcome of the retail entitlement offer of October 2020. Might come back to it another day.
