it's worth pointing out that you don't need to tell him which stocks you own and don't own so I'm not sure how relevant that data would be compared to simply looking how far the share prices of each company has moved. I've used that service a couple of times and submit a wide range of companies for comparison, I'd only own a third of the ones I submit. I'm sure many people would do that.

Its a fair point you make about being careful following his every recommendation too closely though. I seem to find that he gives the safer plays a better ranking generally, so rankings don't necessarily correlate to greater share price increases if commodity prices increase significantly
