I would wait.. sure it is going sub 5c.. and their cash flow is a worry as they are using the loan facility.. AND there is a pending lawsuit that will at best distract management and at worst cost them $m off the bottom line..

Managed Services is a very low margin business that needs continuous client growth to grow profit.. Deciding to "create" professional services is harder than it sounds and they don't have a track record here..

I would wait at least 6 months to get clarity on the above before making any serious investment..
