Managed Services is a very low margin business that needs continuous client growth to grow profit.. Deciding to "create" professional services is harder than it sounds and they don't have a track record here..

I would wait at least 6 months to get clarity on the above before making any serious investment..

Yeah, I agree with what you've said. Until there is some sign/confirmation (factual information) of things getting back on track it's difficult to put faith in managements "promises" based on recent track record. I still hold a small parcel, but will leave it for now.
