It would be nice to see a real development for those long suffering shareholders, such as myself, who took part in the spin off way back in 2009 or 2010 for shares in Cortical Dynamics.

But Cortical Dynamics has had so many "material development"-like announcements in the past involving trading halts for dramatic effect, and usually timed around a consolidation or share purchase plan or two. Mr Breeze has a very distinct formula that he plays every time he is looking for capital for his ... "projects at imminent commercialisation" ... or other things and so on and so forth ... And this feels oh so familiar.

But then I could be wrong, and Mr Breeze is about to place a fat bundle of cash in our pockets with the commercialisation of the BAR monitor and IPO of Cortical with its become-aware-of-sensation-in-the-middle-of-surgery-but-unable-to-react-prevention-technology monitor ready to blitz a market worth 8 billion dollars (@ 2009/2010 if I recall correctly) or more???

I have always thought such a technology, which we were advised years ago has no comparable monitor on the market, is a life saver in so many ways, if it truly does help monitor anaesthesia more effectively to reduce the possibility of awareness during surgery under general anaesthetic... The thought of becoming aware of pain during surgery is horrific to say the least and I'm still surprised this monitor didn't take off years ago.

Glossary - "imminent" in this sense could be anywhere from tomorrow afternoon through to 2050.
