    Aug 9 (Reuters) - Bps Technology Ltd (BPS)

    • Gained approval from its bankers for an expanded finance facility
    • Expanded facilities include provision of a further $5 million seasonal overdraft
    • completed negotiations with Alceon Liquid Strategies to redeem that firm's $5.0m convertible note
